Day 41 of 20 grams maximum carbohydrates diet, 11.Feb.2014

Breakfast:
- Coffee with sussina and coconut cream
- Scrambled eggs
- Fried fish
- Beef nilaga

Simple Exercise:
- 41 push-ups
- 6 pull-ups

158 lbs

 - Okra
