Day 47 of 20 grams maximum carbohydrates diet, 17.Feb.2014

Breakfast:
- 2 x Coffee with sussina and coconut cream
- Pepper pork steak

Simple Workout:
- 47 push-ups
- 6 pull-ups


Lunch:
- 2 pcs Jollibee chicken


Dinner:
- Pepper pork steak
