Day 45 of 20 grams maximum carbohydrates diet, 15.Feb.2014

Breakfast:
- Coffee with sussina and coconut cream
- Scarmbled eggs
- Pepper pork



















Simple Workout:
- 6 pull-ups

Foul/Bad:
- Ate to much peanuts

 Lunch: - 1/2 Cebu roasted Chicken


 Dinner: - forgot :(
