Breakfast:

- Coffee with Sussina & Coconut cream
- 1 boiled egg
Simple Exercise:
- 6 pull-ups*
- 37 push-ups
Snack:
- 2 pares litid














Lunch:
- Tuna sisig
- Papaitan
















Dinner:
- Korean buffet
