Day 49 of 20 grams maximum carbohydrates diet, 19.Feb.2014

Breakfast:
- Coffee with sussina and lots of coconut cream
- Scrambled eggs with cheese

Simple workout:
- 49 push-ups
- 6 pull-ups

Running weight:
157.8 lbs.

Dinner:
- Rosted chiken (Sr. Pedro)
