Day 35 of 20 grams maximum carbohydrates diet, 05.Feb.2014

Breakfast:
- Coffee with Sussina and Coconut cream
- Tuna in can
- Cream cheese

Simple Workout:
- 35 push-ups
- 6 pull-ups

Lunch:
- Squid with Scramble eggs, Okra & Garbage



Snack:
- Coffee with Sussina

Dinner:
- Meat Balls
- Fried fish
