Breakfast:
- Coffee with Sussina and Coconut Cream
- Sunny side up eggs
- Corn beef

Simple Excercise:
- 34 push-ups
- 6 pull-ups

Snack:
- 2 order of Pares


Lunch:
- 2 pcs Whamp burger patties
