Day 50 of 20 grams maximum carbohydrates diet, 20.Feb.2014

Breakfast:
- Coffee with sussina and lots of coconut cream
- Cream cheese
- Pork pepper steak


Simple workout:
- 50 push-ups
- 6 pull-ups

Running weight:
157.4 lbs.


















Lunch:
- Fried chicken

Dinner:
- Pepper pork stake
- Bitter melon
